See or cancel your subscriptions

All of our in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchases. To see or manage your Originals Pro subscription, simply open your device's subscription settings page.
You can do this from within the app or via your device's settings.

Access within Originals App

To see your subscription status from within the app, open your Profile Settings screen to view the current status of your subscription, with links to manage your subscription in your device's subscription settings.

  1. Open the app.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.

To View, Modify, or Cancel your Pro Subscription

If you would like to make changes to your subscription, you can open your iPhone's or iPad's Subscription Manager to view, modify, or cancel your Pro Subscription.

  1. Tap "Manage Subscription" (or "Subscription Settings" in older app versions) to open your iPhone's or iPad's Subscription Manager.

  2. Tap the subscription (Originals Pro) that you want to manage.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel or can't find the subscription, it’s already canceled and won't renew.

Access within Settings

Alternatively, you can directly manage all your Apple subscriptions through your device's subscription settings using the steps below:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

About Your Subscription

If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don’t want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
If you choose to buy an Originals Pro subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
  • If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
  • If you cancel during a trial period, you might lose access to content immediately.

All purchases are final. Originals cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. To find out more about refunds, visit our support page:
